First time to order a part from Mister Auto, how disappointed I am supposed to be delivered on Thursday my Daughter took delivery of it on Saturday too late I'm already away for the weekend, so today I opened the parcel only to find wrong part supplied, car already stripped down since Thursday morning, what the hell, like another frustrated customer said entered reg number to make sure of getting right part and this it what we get, very poor performance on first order. Don't think I can or indeed anyone can trust this company going forward. Be Warned.

"Diabolical company and service..."
Not an Irish company. Products are sent from Burgundy. Promises about delivery dates are just lies. No customer service or complaints procedure. Products never arrived, never mind not on time for my trip. No way of contacting them. Swindlers. Never again!

Despite putting in the car reg., the wrong part arrived. This is not an Irish company, it ships from France with returns going to Germany. All parts are for left hand drive cars. After receiving the returns it can take up to 17 days to be told if you're getting a refund, and more time to actually get it.

obviously wrong first part ordered and dispatched without reaction.
ended up with 2 deliveries on a different days of arrival, that is some waste of energy...

"Inaccurate Stock Levels..."
Check your stock levels. Ordered parts marked as in stock. Took Mister Auto 6 days to discover that they no longer had stock and inform me. I'll be waiting another 5-7 days for refund process. Frustrating.

"Parts Missing - Time Wasting Customer Service..."
Ordered parts, basically all filters, oil, plugs and a clutch kit for a car. The box arrived busted open and the plugs missing.
The box was a feeble piece of rubbish that someone plastered a mile of cheap tape on each end and threw it in the van. The box was way bigger than the items and as some were heavy it hadn't a chance. 2 of those rubbish air pillow things were dropped in but didn't take up the gap.
So days later after reporting the parts I get an email asking me to login. FFS. Log in and its some customer service numpty wanting to know what to do, should they resend or refund. Of course resend, I didn't order the parts as decor, cheapskates don't want to pay shipping I guess. Damn right you are going to get me my plugs not impose travel time and additional costs on me to source them myself. 7 day delivery. Cowboys. But I can wait to make them sort it out.
Avoid these guys, they're not an IE based company, prob just have a phone line somewhere. My package came from the UK, which explains a lot as their standards have fallen through the floor since Brexit. Shape of things to come. Anything going to IE as far as I can see activates the chips on their shoulders.
Its worth paying extra to buy elsewhere. These guys are just playing on their keyboards making extra work for you when it eventually goes wrong. Mister Auto, get rid of some of your business grad PC Jockeys and invest in some better boxes and decent warehouse staff.

Bought four Injector Nozzle DENSO on the 14/04/2021 at a cost of over 800 Euros and had them fitted to my campervan because I was having starting problems with it.
I purchased a new erg valve and had it fitted by a mechanic, problem still not solved. a new lift pump. problem still not solved.
So we decided to have a at the injectors again
We done a leake back test on the injectors and founf it to be excessive so refitted the old injectors and found that the van was running much better.
I have being trying to contact mister auto about this for days and cant contact them.
After spending 800 Euros for new injectors that are worse than than the old ones which have done over 180000 km is down right criminal

First time I ever ordered from them ordered timing belt kit , it arrived within 3 working days no hassle can't complain about them I received what I ordered

"Cowboys. No customer service..."
Bought parts and just after I paid I realised they were wrong. Tried to cancel but there isn't any way of contacting them except by ringing an English phone number which nobody will answere . You have to wait for the parts to be delivered and then return them at your own expense. Never use them again. No customer service. 17th June update. Finally made contact and recieved a refund . Happy with the refund but they really need to be more contactable or people will keep posting these reviews

Bought discs and pads waiting for ages this is not an Irish company scammers will send you parts from god knows where dont even bother ordering it through them promise you delivery 2 days in app but in reality more then 3 weeks at least!!!!!! Avoid Avoid Avoid
