I was happy with mister auto up to last order. Now mister auto introduced 2 prices for the same part. The difference make shipping time so it make you pay more and you get your item in few days or pay less and wait week or more. This change made me go to local motor shop and made purchase there as prices are similar or sometimes even cheaper so if you not in rush buying from mister auto is still worth but if you don’t have time better look for another supplier

"i recently paid extra for postage, big mistake"

i recently paid extra for postage first time and instead of it coming quicker it took 11 days normally it takes 4 or 5 days, i think for a company doing all its business by post should make sure every thing goes out before 5.30 as anpost would deliver next work morning, simple as that, they should get all there good out as soon as possible, and when u pay extra u should get it the next working day, many a time especially with motor parts you want the part immediately same day, not even 2 days later but 2 weeks later and pay extra for it to joke !!! and my friends said the same, i said i paid 15€ extra and they said the same took longer, i don't see why we should have to pay extra, as every thing has to come by post any way, and as thinking about this, it make me feel that you may even delay the none post payers things, over the post payers so lose lose for your customers,
