"Very disappointed"

My last purchase was fine. Exactly what I ordered and arrived on time. The purchase before that was a disaster. Out of six items I ordered only one was correct. I’ve sent emails but didn’t receive a reply. Now I have five incorrect parts which are no use to me. I must say overall very disappointing

Unresponsive service. Refuse to acknowledge my emails. Had the audacity to call me MR when I'm a MISS (in this email just mow looking for a review!!!!). I feel absolutely conned by this merchant. What a waste of money. Do not purchase. They do not do returns, even though PayPal. I'll never ever purchase from Mister auto again. Furious with the whole experience.
