Heard about MyMalls, quickly signed up, was very easy. Got my address in Miami Florida and I was ready to start shopping.
When you are new to the website, you can easy follow the steps and get your packages preregister, sent invoices and when you have more you can even combine them to save money. Best services ever, within no time I had my packages delivered to my home. Great work you guys and girls keep up the awesome work even in hard times that we are going through.

"Frustrating"
My first MyMalls shipment was a good one. I had one large package and I felt the shipping cost were reasonable. MyMalls may work well for some but for me the issue was with ordering more than 3 items.
My second experience was not as good as the first. Understanding how to ship my items was very frustrating and confusing and although information sent by agents may have been correct, one agent I felt was sending too much information rather answering my questions - this was making my experience worse. I feel the website is set up so as to make MyMalls more money when consolidating packages - you have to pay attention and ask questions. I work in technology so I am usually pretty good but this experience was not good.
My major issue was the 3 package maximum - Amazon sends packages by warehouse and my shipment was broken up into 4 shipments of like 7 small packages (this was no fault of mine which I could not change or know when placing an order). MyMalls will still only consolidate 3 packages per shipment costing me more money in international shipping. I will now have to search for another company that consolidates orders for my next Amazon order.

I recently signed up for mymalls and can say that they are an excellent service. Their customer service is the best and they give updates on every step from as soon as the package arrives at their facility. The site is easy to use and very informative. Not only is it free but they use DHL to ship the items which arrive very quickly. My advice is to combine packages. I noticed that even if the item is small you will be charged just as much as a large package. I’ve saved a ton using their 3 free package consolation. I will be a customer as long as I’m receiving this great service.

I initially signed up with MyMalls after a friend convinced me that I would not be disappointed with their service & I took her word. I have now ordered twice with MyMalls so I'm still a newbie. :) but, I have to say that I'm very pleased with the service. They are fast, reliable, and VERY helpful.

I will give you 5 stars for fast shipping. On this shipment i made an order and in the package was probited items. My malls had to return the products back, but they told me that its not possible. The site should come to the warehouse to pick up and the site would not do that. So that's the only thing that was a little bit frustating.... the return prohibited items should be fixed. But thanks for the fast shipping on the rest of the items.
