I'm absolutely amazed at how quickly My Malls has received and processed my three Amazon shipments...particularly in light of it being a week before Christmas!
I absolutely will be using their services again for any shipments of more than a single package :-)

"Feels like a tech startup!"

MyMalls is a great service! I love that they take a startup first approach towards this type of business.

Most freight forwarding services feel corporate, sketchy, and old. MyMalls is user friendly, transparent, and the customer service is great!

The only downside is that they use DHL; I personally prefer FedEx or UPS for my shipments—but this is a personal preference.

"Confusion when sending details related to my packages."

I found that when sending details related to my shipment (invoice) my suite was still showing as missing invoice, This was very annoying as I had to send the same details 5 or 6 times before I saw any movement on my packages. Today December 10th i am still see one piece showing invoice missing. I don't quite understand what the issue is in having my package sent when I have supplied you with all the information you have asked for.

"Great Service"

I heard about MyMalls.com on a social media group. I decided to give them a try as the previous company I used was lacking in so many areas. I am pleased with my decision. I have ordered over 8 packages within the last two weeks. Each package was swiftly logged in my suite only hours after receiving an email from the shipper that it had been delivered. Customer Service answers your query the same day. The consolidation of up to three packages is amazing and has saved me close to $200. I am happy with MyMalls.
