The team at MyMalls has been super helpful. They notified me when my packages arrived and answered my questions timely. In addition they advised me of consolidating my packages which resulted in savings for me. I would highly recommend them. My only concern with using MyMalls is the provider they use to send the packages with. My last experience it took me about 2 months to get my package from the delivery service provider and that was after numerous calls and emails. I'm hoping my experience this time will be much better than last time as I do find the team at MyMalls to be great and very responsive and helpful.

My malls is definitely my favorite shipping company from Miami to Barbados . They have online personnel who are always there to assist and they definitely respond promptly and assist . Not only is their customer service 5 stars but the shipping time from Miami and collection time is extremely fast . My malls use DHL, so your packages arrive in 24 hours and you receive in a day or two. Other shipping companies take between two to three weeks so you cannot go wrong With them .

The whole process seems excellent and much better than the previous shipper I used to Bermuda. Love the pictures of the packages that have arrived and the ability to consolidate.
Only small negative is that I wish you could consolidate more of the smaller packages, Amazon seems to keep sending small things that could go together.
Very pleased to have discovered this service.
ONE more suggestion - why not get people to refer to people locally and get some kind of invitation incentive. Bermuda is a small place and word of mouth is VERY useful. Thanks!
