Tried my first MyMalls shipment consolidation a few weeks ago and now in receipt of my second shipment and the service was great. The second shipment arrived much faster than the first. It arrived in Bermuda within a day on a Friday via DHL. After paying the duty on arrival I had my package on the next business day (Monday). I am looking forward to receiving my third shipment.
Also, I love the options of uploading my invoice or forwarding the email from the order so that all paperwork is on file. Not to mention the photos of the box that arrives, then the reduced size packaging to consolidate is customer service at its best!

I had a lot of issues with downloading "invoices". But I had a representative call me one day to assist me. I think her name was Leonitza Rojer. She was so patient with me and so understanding. I really do appreciate her customer service. Because of her I shall consider to keep using MyMalls.
