My malls is by far the best forwarding company I've used. Every process is fast, uploading invoices to payments. The consolidation option is great because you can wait for everything to arrive and combine at the end. The site is easy to use and the entire flow considers the customer's needs in mind.

"Fluid and Very Refreshing"

As it pertains to my experience, this is my first and second time using MyMalls. I wasnt sure what to expect but as things progressed I was rather impressed by the communication I received with each step. email notifications were very on time, never late which I liked.
There was also the option to chat online which I thought was nice. Mostly everything was explained as it pertained to the whole process so I could say alot was made clear. I followed each step and didn't have to wait long at all. The process was very fluid.
I was even impressed with the fact that pictures of the received package was provided along with confirmation of measurements. Being that I've had bad experiences before this was a very refreshing experience. I can attest to Simplicity, Fluid response and communication, Good Customer Service, and a Very User Friendly Website. Overall, though I ordered 3 packages one time, the experience was impressive yet Refreshing.

I’m not one for writing reviews but my experience with my malls has been very easy and smooth. They take photos of all packages and confirm items ordered once received. Most impressive is they send an email on top of updating my personal suite, so I always informed. I didn’t feel stress or worried compared to when I have to track everything on my own.

Truly amazing experience!
I signed up last week and bought some small items just to test the service. The packages arrived in 3 separate shipments, MY Malls suggested I combined them. I saved on shipping costs and they delivered a day earlier than expected. I was kept informed throughout the process at any time I could track what was going on. I am really impressed!
