I ordered a leash on 2/26 and have not received a shipping notification or any other communication from WauDog since. I reached out to customer service multiple times weeks ago and have not heard back. I’m starting to think I was scammed. Be careful buying from this company!

"Items purchased still not shipped 2 weeks after placing order"
I ordered 2 collars on 13th January got order confirmation and my card charged and message stating I would receive an email once order was shipped. It is now 29th of January I have received no such email. I have sent multiple emails over the last couple of weeks to the to customer care addresses on both the email order confirmation and the contact us details on the store website which state they will respond in 24-48 hours I have had no response to any email communication.

"Defective products unable to contact"
I ordered four leashes; two orange and two black. I’ve had these leashes before and they are great. Virtually indestructible. I bought four of them from you and they ripped first time out, each one. I have sent you emails and tried to contact you via phone. I am now speaking to American Express to dispute the charge.

"Not happy at all"
I'm not happy with the order setup. It took almost a month for the item to arrive. I ordered on 9th November it came today (3rd of December). The shipping is very expensive and in the end I had to pay customs. In the end I paid more for customs and delivery than the collar. Additionally, it says that it glows in the dark (which is the reason I bought it) but it doesn't.
