My point of contact was Matthew and he was absolutely brilliant from start to finish. I'm single and was living in Switzerland, with some savings from a redundancy payment as I'd lost my job a while beforehand, so moving back to the UK could have been a very daunting prospect for me. It was important to get this decision right, as you can imagine. I'd looked at a lot of moving companies and they had varied in both pricing and feedback, both my biggest priorities. I chose The Moving Partnership on that basis but also because of the initial response from them, which was personable and empathic. Matthew was was with me every step of the way, even when I underestimated my initial inventory. The packing was meticulous and having just unpacked the last box I can confirm that NOTHING was damaged. The Moving Partnership took a huge weight off my shoulders and allowed me to concentrate on getting settled in a different country and starting a new job. I'm very grateful to them. "Excellent service"

Excellent service, just a couple of very minor things, a couple of bolts lost from the bed. Overall service was excellent especially as they helped us out at the last minute when another company let us down. The guys were very friendly and helpful. Moving a hot tub isn't easy but they handles it with very minor damage to the shell. All in all very happy.

Started of really good and ther service prior to the move was great, all was possible and we felt really happy.

after the move there was some issues and we found it really difficult to get any kind og reply from them and we still have a few outstanding issues.

"Wrong size lorry provided"

Very disappointed that the size lorry we were told we would require by the representative from the company that came out to quote for the job did not meet our needs. At 4pm on Completion Day we were told there was no more space in the truck so we had to leave behind the contents of 2 sheds, 3 boxes of possessions from the kitchen, various houseplants and shrubs. Sadly we couldn't even go back for them as we were relocating to France!

After an initial hesitation due to mixed reviews, I asked Wayne to do my move from Germany to London. He was in constant correspondence and always responded very quickly. The removal guys arrived and everything got loaded fine. I expected a delivery period of a few weeks but NO they delivered a few days (not even a week) later to my address here in London. I was very impressed and relieved!!! And everything got here fine... I am glad that I gave this company a chance as they deserve it! Would definitely ask them again... Thanks again for all your help!
