Very courteous service and not an unreasonable price as a broker of the service, but several issues with the collection and the delivery which are beyond the Moving Partnership themselves, but with the suppliers that they chose to work with. My issues were all with the 3rd party that they outsource the work to.

The moving partnership is a good removal company, the people working in the office booking the removal dates are very friendly and honest. However, as a customer you have to pay the removal is done which we found odd and did not like. Also, we were only given the precise date for getting our belongings back a couple of days after they were collected by the moving partnership. We would have liked a better idea earlier on, especially since our stuff was brought to us 6days after our arrival in our new which was less than ideal.

Started well but ended in a disaster. During the move, an expensive grand piano and marble floor were badly damaged by the unprofessional people subcontracted by this dubious removal company. I felt badly let down and wouldn't want anyone else going through the anguish of dealing with the blunders these amateurs caused.
