I have upgraded my review to five stars from two. My first score was based on the fact that the Mylek heater didn't work properly. This wasn't the fault of HSD and the matter was put right so promptly with an upgrade that overall HSD could not rate less than five stars. I was very very impressed with their service.

Bought an electric blanket via Amazon and it sadly developed a fault within about 8 months. Contacted the company, again via Amazon, and a replacement was sent out the following day. Couldn’t have been more helpful. Great company and I would highly recommend them.

When I spoke to Peter about the possibility of ordering a replacement Sweet Dreams controller, as one of mine had "died", I didn't expect such a kind generous response and I really appreciate being sent a replacement FOC.
