The process of ordering online and the delivery was first class.
Unfortunately the electric blanket is a bit underwhelming as it takes twice as long to heat up as its predecessor. However! that’s not down to the seller. So it’s 5 stars for the seller and a could do better 2 stars for the manufacturer.
