I ordered a box of four 5L containers of patio cleaner. Only 2 arrived, separately with shipping labels stuck to the container (very bad form, especially with chemicals). I complained and was assured that the full order would be replaced immediately- no sign of it two days after the company said it would arrive. I can’t understand how this company has such a high Trustpilot review rating.
