"mylek remote control air cooler"

We brought a Mylek remote control air cooler, we weren’t sure if it would work at cooling our bedroom, which is in the roof.

however it is brilliant and has been perfect during this hot spell. Allowing a good nights sleep despite the heat.

It comes with ice packs that go in the top.

However after using a couple of times, one of them had split. I emailed and had a reply the same day and was sent a replacement which I received within a few days.

Amazing service, great products and customer care.

Would highly recommend and will use again, thank you.

I want to say a massive thankyou to HSD, my original order was shipped out quickly. The problem came when it was due to be shipped by DHL. It was due to be dispatched and then it got changed to delayed. I left it a few days to see if it would changed to dispatched but it didn't. I contacted DHL who never replied.... I then emailed HSD who replied promptly and said sometimes when orders get stuck like that it's because they are lost or damaged, and they sent me out my order again. I received my order today and I am very happy. Thank you for your customer service I will definitely be ordering again!
