After an unlucky year of motoring I found it really difficult to reinsure my car for a reasonable price and shopped around to within an inch of my life! A mate recommended Sky and I gave them a call for a quote. The gent I spoke to couldn’t have been more polite, and came across as 100% genuine. Shared general chat as well as insurance chat which was really refreshing. Long conversation later, he had managed to get some quotes for me, but he still wasn’t happy that they were the best, so offered to try and do some more work looking for better quotes and give me a call a day later before I made my mind up.
Received a call the next morning, first thing, as promised and got a quote that was half the amount I’d been getting quoted elsewhere, and a good third off what had been offered the day before! And without having to compromise! Needless to say, I purchased the policy and all correspondence I’ve had since, regarding my documents, transfer of NCB etc have been prompt, friendly and quickly acted on. I am extremely happy with my choice to go with Sky Insurance, and have already been recommending them. Really outstanding service, which is unusual, refreshing and welcome! Wish I could remember my Advisors name, he definitely deserves some recognition for his work! I’m extremely grateful for your efforts and wish you every success! Keep it up!

Good customer service and fair prices,
and not waiting hours to be put through to a human!
On a black box policy the online dashboard could be a little more informative instead of just ratings out of five but after just three months of driving I was very happy to have my insurance price drop from £490 per 1000 miles to just £265 with my driving score of 74%. That's almost half and great value for a new driver

BEWARE THAT THE EXTRA CHARGES ARE A COMPLETE RIP OFF!

If I change my job, I was told to pay £185 in charges, if I change my car to an IDENTICAL MODEL, they also want £200 in fees. Complete rip off and completley changed my mind regarding my upcoming renewal
