Absolutely garbage do not use sky insurance

I have home insurance with sky and I took emergency cover

On Sunday my roof started leaking into one of my bedrooms called sky at 10.30am they took all
My details and told me someone would be in touch well by 2ish not heard anything so I called back and got put through to axa the guy called the company that’s was to come do the repair the guy told me it would be Monday morning thought right ok not great but the rain had stopped so thought could be worse only to get a call on Monday morning saying it’s going to be Tuesday or Wednesday as I live in Scotland this could be catastrophic if we have days of heavy rain my whole house could end up flooded with everything knackered told him this he says they are very busy so does an emergency not mean anything to these people this is my house my stuff do they want me to keep awake 24 hours a day emptying buckets because the insurance company are using companies that’s are to busy to deal with emergency’s this is totally unacceptable so I have now been told it will be tomorrow morning if anything changes he will let me know told him high winds and heavy rain forecast for tonight do they absolutely not I will 1 million percent not be going with this insurance company again they are absolutely garbage not worth the money sky you should be ashamed of yourselves I could be old and vulnerable and this is how you treat customers with emergency’s

So right now I have very little damage because with some miracle it’s not rained again but if I do end up
With a lot of damage this is 100% your fault and I will be seeking legal advice of the matter

Won’t be going with sky insurance again roof started leaking on Sunday morning got emergency cover with my policy the company they are using never bothered getting untouch on Sunday called them back in the afternoon spoke to the guy that was representing the company who they assigned to come fix it told me it would be Monday first thing he called me Monday and told me it would be Tuesday or Wednesday so I called the insurance company back and told them it’s not good enough now on Sunday the rain stopped but if that rain kept going my house would of be totally flooded roofs floors walls all knackered but luckily for me not them they don’t care what happens to people house on a emergency that it hasn’t rain since miracle because I live in Scotland and just been told they are coming tomorrow morning if anything changes we will let you know well tonight high winds and heavy rain forecast does anyone reading this think this is a good service or exceptable because I don’t think it’s absolutely garbage will 1 million percent not be going any where near your insurance company again and if they don’t come tomorrow and my house ends up recked because of it I am going for legal advice on the matter

I was involved in a car accident in September 2021 , the driver of other vehicle was responsible for accident as driving under the influence of alcohol ( Insured by Skyfire / Evolution.It is now January 2023 and I still have not had completion of this claim , even though I would consider this to be a straight forward case. You can contact me directly if you like claim number FC9733884 as I am considering contacting the financial ombudsman.I just want an end to this claim , and feel I have been unfairly treated.

When we took out insurance with these thieves they were called Sky insurance, seems that they are now Safely insured, probably due to all of the negative reviews,, my daughter insured her first car with them and after 8 months they proceeded to issue a 7 day cancellation warning for exceeding mileage, there was no prior warning but lo and behold when you phone them every thing can be put right for a £167 fee to buy extra mileage, just before the end of her term with them they done exactly the same thing and told her that she would not receive her one year no claims bonus unless she paid the £167 again, this was 2 weeks before her policy was due to end, I will now seek advice from a solicitor to find if such disgusting behaviour is legal, I'm guessing being that they are an insurance company it is, as it seems with these sharks anything is acceptable, if you get a quote from these thieves do yourself a favour and go with someone else as you will end up paying more anyway.

"No NCB received after 4 weeks of cancelling"

Sky insurance gave me a ridiculous renewal so I shopped around and got cheaper anyway on to canceling the insurance was fine but when it come to receiveing my NCB they sent me the wrong amount of years out which only took 5 days to receive so now at this point my new insurance was waiting on the NCB as sky insurance made a mistake now after ringing sky and telling them they said they will get it sorted and get me the actual years sent out to me after waiting over a week I rang them about it because I'd not received it yet and they kept blaming this on covid and back log so I was reasonable but then 2 weeks later still received nothing so after loads of back and forth with them and by this time it'd been over 3 weeks and I've still not received my NCB after phone call after phone call they just kept telling me the same thing and still NCB received which has now gave me a cancellation on my new insurance and my premiums will more then likely go up after this I would advise people to be very carful as this could be you I will no longer be using sky insurance again and I will make sure people I know will avoid these as well

Paid for it and then nothing came through on the email ABSOLUTE SCAM 300 pounds down the drain STAY AWAY.

We insured our son with this company yesterday on compare the market . We called to validate the insurance this morning and when asked about modifications we said there was mini spoiler but we can take that off if need be as it was only cosmetic. They said they would need to cancel the policy outright and charge us a £60 cancellation fee !!! This surely is a scam or if not a scam a very unethical way of increasing their revenue. Cancelling policies must be a lucrative practice.
