Just Baught a policy with sky insurance for my modified Honda civic, so far they have been great, the sales guy on the phone was very polite and helpful, was more than happy to give me time to think if I wanted to go through with purchasing the policy, he wasn't pushy like some insurance companies, he rang back at the agreed time and we sealed the deal, more than happy customer 😊😊

"Beware, hidden charges"
As there is no option to choose the time when the insurance starts to then be charged £25.00 to change this is unjustified and downright sneaky.
Not a great impression of customer service and professionalism from the start.
In response to Sky Insurance I have changed my star rating. If I was giving the option
to specify both date and time I would have entered the relevant information. If you check youll find out I returned to the forms in order to change the date. Why would I not Chang the time at the same time as I changed the date! The answer is simple - I was not given the choice! I am adamant about that. I have not spoken with a manager about this. A comment was made by my wife when during your validation process we were asked for an additional £25.00 because of the "policy amendment."
