I'm not terribly impressed with SKY Insurance from the outset, when I completed the quote on the phone I asked that they email the quote over to me so that I could go through with a fine tooth comb to ensure all of the information we discussed was correct, apparently THEY don't do this, funny how almost every other company does!? (So not a blinding start!) I reluctantly moved on from this as the price quoted for both our cars was competitive, and having gone over the policy and its finer details numerous times including all the XS payable in event of claim they dropped their bombshell that in the event of a refund due, if its LESS than £10.00 that their T&C's state they WILL NOT PAY this and instead they will snaffle this for themselves, nothing like a bit of daylight robbery, but it must be ok and legal as its in the T&C!. Then when I paid for the two polices they sent out by email the info including the two schedules, and low and behold the XS shown was wrong and it took me another four calls to get this information corrected... then next day, guess what they send out revised documents again altering the XS payable, cue yet another call to get this corrected... Must say that I'm not impressed so far and just hope I don't regret insuring through this broker !
