Very unprofessional waited 30mins for someone to answer the phone,
Asked for buy insurance for my son for his birthday for a surprise, and they said no can’t insurance because their is no quote. Even so what can you offer business is business, well their loss I will be going some where else knowing you where recommend

It is pot luck every year when it comes to car insurance renewal. This year was no different. Switched from Chris Knott to Sky Insurance, who were very professional to deal with. Quote came in at my lowest ever for the car, even with all cosmetic mods. Cannot fault their customer service at all, however next year will of course really tell whether it is worth 5 stars or not.

Definitely one of the better experiences I have had communicating with an insurance company. Quote seemed reasonable when compared to others provided elsewhere. Customer service was better than most and I was put through to the same person when calling twice in one day, which made things easier.
