Easiest, most stress free car insurance company I've dealt with. Don't penalise modified car owners, because they understand us, and how we as enthusiasts look after our cars. Unless prices go through the roof I'll probably never switch insurance companies again.

Sky insurance-markerstudy LTD- Black box. I have been with this company for 1 year and due for a renewal. I have had nothing but trouble with this company. Customer service is extremely poor. Very unprofessional,first of all giving me a total of £1700 including £600 upfront for the year. I have actually paid £2029. (Apparently I was told it was +18% which I wasn’t)

I have the black box which has been nothing but hassle. I drive sensibly and have been told I break too hard and the customer service man actually told me if I had a egg on my seat it would roll off. He was extremely unprofessional and no help at all.

I was told there was no curfew yet I got amber on my driving score for going out too get dinner at 7:00PM ( so more lies )

I have had a phone call saying I was leaving my car at my girlfriends for long periods of time and I had to change my address. They told me it was £116 to change the address which I said I would think about. I then called to pay the amount. And the person told me it’s only £16. These people are constantly trying to con you out of money. Young drivers please be careful!! Absolutely disgusting company. Full of lies and trying to con young new drivers out of money. STAY CLEAR!!!!

Luke Tillbrook, this person has been the most friendliest advisor i've spoken to. He was very understandable about my situation how i had been ripped off by another insurance broker but Luke had saved the day. I am very happy to have worked with him we had an awesome discussion about cars and he was extremely friendly on top of that got me a very good price.
