"Never again!! Don't take a policy out with them!!"

Constantly receiving emails and letters about my policy being cancelled. Them threatening to cancel my policy on numberous occasions for petty reasons I am a good driver but according to them I'm not my online dashboard says I'm fine I'm above the recommended 50% that I should aim for. They never ring me to discuss anything they just threaten to cancel my policy so I have to fork out money in phone bolls to ring them. We went with them because they were cheaper than anyone else and now I regret it I'd rather go with someone else! NEVER AGAIN! Also spoke to a lady on the phone last time I rang up with concerns and I tell you now dirty on the bottom of my shoe would of spoke to me better. She was dead snotty down the phone! Yano what they threaten to cancel your policy within 7 days but never tell you. They send a letter and email out well I don't check my emails that often and I'm not home for the summer to receive the letters. So I could be driving round with no insurance and I wouldn't know till I'm pulled over by police. Unacceptable I will never take my insurance out with them again!
