Purchased an amazing Kay Michaels – BODA SKINS Leather Jacket! Arrived in great Silver Packaging and when you opened the package you could smell the quality of the Leather!

Thanks to youtube there is lots of advise of sizing for the jacket and also the different colours avail for zip finishing!

Do yout home work on Size, the jacket tends to be slim fit so I would advise going at least one size up!!

Once delivered there is a tag on the jacket which provides you wth re-assurance of 100 day safe return if you are not satisfied.

Customer Care team (Lucy) in my case are very quick to answer any questions around delivery or otherwise!

I have purchased Leather Jackets from All Saints and Belstaff, but this Boda Skins Leather Jacket becomes my number 1 choice to wear!!!

Im hoping to revisit to purchase the same jacket with a "gun metal finish" this time.

On December 6th I received confirmation the items I purchased were successfully returned (sizing issue). After 5 business days I wrote asking where my refund was and received a response confirming they received the return and to give them 3 more business days to issue the refund.
I've written to them 3 more times, received the same response and still have not received my refund.
I'm at a loss as to how to proceed to get my refund. VERY, VERY dissatisfied with customer service.
