"Paying for a return?!!!"

Love the look of this brand and most of the customer experience is awesome!

However, my item originally stated it would take 1-2 working days for delivery. After 2 weeks I queried this, to find out it would take 6-7 weeks (but this was never stated anywhere throughout the process).

When it arrived the sizing was completely off!!. For this reason I was forced to return & to further ruin my experience with the company I had to pay for it and cancel my plans for a day while I waited for someone to collect it ?!....something I've never ever had to do before?!.
The charge and the inconvenience that this so called “easy return process” isn't really communicated throughout the website or on the returns card (so watch out).

"Vanquish puffer jacket"

Bought the vanquish puffer jacket and am super happy with my purchase.

The overall quality of the puffer is made really well and definitely does keep you super warm and insulated. I really liked this jacket design where it has the reflective glow, but under natural light it's a muted subtle grey colour. The fact that it has detachable sleeves/hood is amazing as you can style it with many outfits for different seasons.

A small downside is that the sleeves run a little tighter around the arms in comparison to the body of the jacket. I wanted to wear jumpers/hoodies beneath the puffer so originally ordered a size up (M) as suggested from the BODA team. The arms felt comfortable with the larger size but the body looked chunky and loose on me. Obviously it's unisex sizing and needs to fit universal body shapes, but I went with the smaller size (S) fit since I probably will wear this as a gilet most of the time so won't mind the snug fit sleeves. Just for ladies, FYI be mindful that BODA puffers designs may make you look a little broad and buff when full zipped up (even more so if its a lighter colour other than black). In my opinion the puffers looked more flattering and stylish unzipped.

The shipment process was also quite complicated for me since I had to wait minimum 2 weeks for my initial package to arrive despite paying for express shipping. But the BODA team was always super kind and proactive in assisting me with my order tracking and returns/refunds.

Overall had a great experience with BODA and will look forward to purchasing from them again!

Meine Vanquish Puffer Boda Skins Jacke ist heute angekommen und sie ist von der Verarbeitung her einfach ein Traum! Der Look ist absolut einzigartig und in echt sogar nochmal beeindruckender als auf den Bildern im Shop. Zu der Jacke gab es noch eine schöne große Baumwolltasche um sie zu verpacken. Was mir auch sehr gefallen hat ist, dass ich vom Support auf die Zollkosten hingewiesen wurde die ich sonst komplett übersehen hätte
