I have been a customer since 2013 and pretty much have everything within the boda collection.I have never had a problem with recieving my item just untill recently a problem with a parcel came my way. Boda understood that I am a valued loyal customer and the help and reassurance from Saul who works for boda was on another level! Not only has he dealt with the problem professionally , he has also reassured me that everything will be okay - can I also just say that the new boda collection is UNBELIEVABLE!!!! Ghulam

I bought my first jacket from Boda back in 2014 and another 3 now in 2021 🇬🇧 Their service is excellent, the team are so accommodating and personal, they make the entire experience fantastic!! Glyn Jones helped me pick out my jackets and when he had them delivered at my hotel (he made sure I got a priority delivery within 24 hours) there was an extra customised tag based on our mutual love for Adele! As for the products! They are made beautifully, excellent fit, the leather ages so well and I’ve not had a single issue with my original jacket from 2014! Terrific all round! Thank you Team Boda

Beautiful jacket! Very well made and everything was lovely about it.
Shipping took a while. The reason I’m rating it a 2 stars is shipping cost.
If you’re short (I’m 5’1) this jacket isn’t for you. I got a size M after I’ve been recommended that size by Lucy/Saul. I was asked to ignore the size chart in their page. I’m usually a size 4 (S)
When the jacket arrived after3 weeks it fit slightly bigger, but that wasn’t an issue, the length was just so long and so were the sleeves. Didn’t look flattering at all. Sadly, I had to return it. Now I had to pay £20 just to return and ship which is fine, but when they refunded my money I was charged another $10 for shipping. Apparently that’s their policy but why would you charge customers shipping 2 times! Overall, just a waste of money for nothing.

I recently used the Bodaskin buy back scheme as I had a jacket I had never worn. It was a simple process and I exchanged the jacket I had for a Kay Michaels Old Glory which I’m really happy with. This is my 2nd Kay Michaels (I have one in grey) and the fit is slightly different so I had to go a size up The Bodaskins team have always been really helpful so I’m a happy customer.

Brilliant all round if you want to have that ageless item for your wardrobe a BODA jacket is for you. They are so beautifully made they will last a lifetime.
