We received notification that our order shipped. When we received it we only got part of our order and they still can't tell me when I'll receive the rest of my order. Pretty frustrating that we can't use the contacts we ordered because we only received them for 1 eye. Which we would have been told they were shipping separate, cause I wouldn't have ordered.

I cannot say enough about web eye care they are fantastic the team at web eye care make it their priority to give every customer the best service possible the glasses they provide are second to none as well as their service to each customer I bought a pair of glasses from them last year unfortunately the hole covid situation caused some issues but no fault of web eye care when I received my glasses they were the first pair of glasses in my 50 years on this planet that fit me perfectly I loved them a year down the road my glasses were performing perfectly no problems whatsoever I went to clean them and somehow I damaged so bad I couldn't see out of them I went to several places to see if they could be fixed to no avail and other places wanting over three hundred to replace them I called web to see how much they would charge for just lens replacement they called me back and told me just send the glasses back and they would replace the lenses this one time for free and to top it off the next day delivered. I've truly found the only place I'll be shopping for my glasses from now on. If you want high quality glasses at reasonable prices and great customer service you can't go wrong with web eye care.
