Put in an order with copy of prescription. Received wrong lens strength for one eye.
I called main customer service phone number. The answering machine said they were very busy.
Called several times and got same message. Left a message.
Three days later and have not heard back. I just e-mailed them.
Will see how they handle things "IF" I get an answer.

Holy cow. Paid $155 and got $111 back. Huge restocking fee if you have to return your contacts. Just made a mistake and order the wrong ones. Sent back in the same box, brand new, and I paid return shipping. Webeyecare could have caught the error too from the script I uploaded. But nope. Asked for store credit so I could order the correct brand, but still got hit with this restocking fee. Terrible customer service. Taking my contacts orders along with my other family contact orders to other more customer friendly suppliers

"Very slow in processing"
Very slow in processing. I ordered contacts over a week ago and still do not have them. They called me and told me the doctor did not authorize it. Found out they asked for my husbands prescription when it was for my son! Billing was under my husbands name. Shipping was under my son’s. My son is clearly the patient. Got an email yesterday that the contacts have shipped however when tracking it, it says the package has not been picked up. How hard is it??? Never using this company again.

"Downloaded prescription for my contact…"
Downloaded prescription for my contact lenses, which included 2 pages. WebeyeCare employee did not review the entire download and concluded I did not attach it, at which time they had to reach out to my doctor. I ordered and paid for these contacts on 10/20/2019. Today is the 10/28 and I still have not received them AND they claim they are "processing" my order today. I am livid and will never use this company again.
