Placed an order for glasses in December. Nothing until now (Jan). No emails/texts after initial order confirmation.( EDIT: email sent on 12/16 requesting additional info. Was buried under other clients' emails.)
I called the helpline and was told I needed a PD. I asked what that was and she said to google it. CSR then rambled on about discount packages for crap I didn't even ask about. Cancelled order. Avoid these halfwits. (EDIT: contacted by webeyecare regarding this. Apparently CSR was trying to "explain" what a PD was and I was too dense to understand....doubtful. If this were the case I'd never would have bothered to write this review).
Order #2014254. Btw. Refund has NOT yet posted to my account. Order cancelled 1/9. It's been more than the stated "...3 business days for it to post to your account." (EDIT: refund posted yesterday. Beyond the stated time allotment).

"Make sure to double-check prices before you reorder"
I always shop around before placing an order, and I've been back to WebEyeCare three times now. Over the years, I've ordered from many different online retailers, and they are one of the good ones. HOWEVER, when you click the link in the email reminding you that it's time to reorder (which is nice to get, by the way), be sure you compare your "reorder" price to the current website price. Twice I've found that the current price was cheaper than what I paid the last time, so if I just clicked "reorder" and checked out, I'd have missed the price difference. Be sure to type the name of your contacts in the search bar on the website and compare prices before just reordering.
Two of my three orders were perfect - no issues at all, shipping is a little slow (especially compared to sites like Contact Lens King), but it does say 5-10 days so at least they are honest about it. One of my three orders was missing two boxes of contacts and we had a difficult time getting everything sorted out; it wasn't until our third attempt at contacting Customer Service that we finally spoke to someone who took immediate action and confirmed that the shipping department was sending them via Next Day Air.
All in all, though, I will continue shopping around when it's time to reorder, and I'll probably end up ordering from WebEyeCare again in the future. I just know that when I order here, I need to factor in a longer wait for delivery.

"Ok in a bind"
Actual shipping, was a day later, and their handling fee is a bit steep. But I was in a bind as I had run out and my original vendor had my lenses on back order with a month before delivery. A bird in hand--.

In response to your reply:
the order staled that it was being processed but did not indicate you were closed or I would have ordered from a different provider.
No one contacted me regarding an issue with the prescription and so it was not processed until I realized it was not coming.
I have had issues with RX in past but companies contact you.
It's poor customer service, period.

Easy to order, fast shipping and way cheaper than ordering from my optometrist. I love that they send me reminders when I may be running low and discount codes as well.

"Don't buy in this site"
Don't buy in this site. I've finalized my order on 11/27 (shared updated prescription). I was charged for the order (~$393). but It's 12/23 and I haven't got the contacts yet. They don't answer the phone... on email they say it's back ordered till at least 1/10 but I'm stuck with no contacts and without the money.
This isn't the first time, but wondering if this time the money is gone? - 8 weeks from payment till delivery? Doesn't make sense

I was sent the wrong contacts for my order. in returning them I was charged a re-stocking fee. out a of $129.00 purchase, I only got back $55.00.
I will NEVER do business with this company again.

it took a few times to get right. So the shipping back-and-forth ended up costing me $15
This is true on the first attempt but not the second I specifically told you what I needed on your form and you sent back the same exact contacts Without reaching out to verify
