"Scam company"

Scam company. I emailed to cancel my order several days in advance prior to shipping. They proceeded to ship without verifying my prescription. The Dr’s office confirmed they did NOT verify. Once it’s received there is a whopping 25% restocking fee. Customer service is terrible and refuses to make it right. Just avoid the hassle!

It isn't until you're about to out that you that you will see the outrageous processing fees. Upon reading the terms and conditions, the consumer will realize you can be charged up to 75% of the subtotal as a processing fee (it's the last line of the paragraph titled TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR CONTACT LENS AND GLASSES PURCHASES). Don't be fooled by the sale and advertised prices.
