AWFUL customer service!

My package was lost. I was lied to on multiple occasions. I called - I emailed I received nothing. I was told items shipped when they did not. I was told a manager was out to lunch and then magically appeared.
THE WORST SERVICE EVER!!!!!!!!

Ordered on May 21st. After not receiving any product or communication, on the 28th I decided to check my order. Not only had it not shipped, it stated that they were still awaiting payment even though my account had been charged. Company stated that they would expedite my order to me. To me expedited means fastest shipping method..overnight. Received message on 31st saying my order was just then being shipped. So much for my promised expedited shipping. Here it is the 4th pf June and I am still waiting. Order due to arrive sometime today. Certainly wont have to worry about my business or that of my family and friends from this point on.

I waited 21 days for them to deliver my order. I never received my prescription or my contacts. The service representative Mary didn’t reply to my follow up emails. I do not recommend doing business with this company. Bad business.

Update, I continue to get the run around from this company. I have asked for a refund two times now. I would like a refund on the contacts I ordered and never received. I had to order from 1-800 contacts and their customer service is impeccable. My contacts have already been shipped and I have the tracking number.

Excellent service....I just started wearing contacts a couple of month ago and my first order came from Sam's Club optical.....This took 5 weeks to arrive and they were more expensive. WebEyeCare came in a week, with the correct perscription!
