"I would give zero stars if I could"

I would give zero stars if I could. Ive called, texted and emailed them several times to cancel my order after they emailed me saying that my prescription had expired and wouldnt be sending my order. A week later they emailed saying my order was on its way. I had already purchased contacts from another company. I cannot get them to respond!

"Their customer service has gone down…"

Their customer service has gone down the drain. Been a loyal customer for years. Now can rarely reach someone on the phone or over email/chat in general. Had a box of defective contacts and felt pretty ganged up by the staff. One girl said "oh I heard about this, you're the one who said that the contacts gave you covid". ??? I think what I had said to a different rep was that I was scared for a second that I had covid IN GENERAL when all I saw was blur when I put contacts in... Not caused from the contacts themselves. But it seemed like they were making fun of a customer which is totally unprofessional and bizarre. Different reps keep telling me a reorder request has been put through but I still haven't received a confirmation email after two weeks. I've called and emailed probably over ten times. Never ordering from them again. Super disappointed and additionally feel bullied.

"They USED to be fast and reliable"

They USED to be fast and reliable! I made the mistake of signing up for auto reorder and have been getting the run around for two weeks. I cannot get an answer from anyone there, if and when they do answer, as to why my order has not shipped, very frustrating!!! I cannot recommend this company anymore.

"Wrong script"

"Their prices are great but..."

Yes, their prices are usually significantly lower but it's not worth it. I had been buying from them for about 4 years now and last year their service became abysmal.

Last year, the trial pair I got at the eye doctor's were a perfect fit. When I used the ones I got from WebEyeCare, they felt stronger and made me feel lightheaded. I triple checked to make sure it was the right prescription, it was. I was stuck with them though. The whole year I dealt with constant headaches.
This year, the first pair I opened, the right lens had a hole in them. I tried getting in contact with someone through email, never heard back. After managing to get someone through phone, I asked if I could send my box back to check for defectiveness and either get another box or money back. The best the guy did was just send me two extra pairs of the left. 3 months later, now the right lens I just opened had a black speck in it and can't use it. As soon as I put it in, my eyes burn.

I don't know what is up with these lenses. Makes me wonder if they're cheap quality or not. It's been a waste of time and money, their return policy is terrible. Spend a little more and on a company that has good return policies.

"Terrible customer support. Would recommend avoiding."

Still in the process of trying to buy contacts. I paid for the expedited shipping implying some sense of urgency. However, order status has been stagnant at a "Failed Fax" status for the past 3 days despite it being attached as part of the original order.

I've tried using their online chat for the past few days; it doesn't work. I've tried leaving a message on their site; no response. I've tried e-mail them directly a new picture of my prescription; no response. I've tried calling them multiple times; it puts me on hold for 30 seconds before forcing me to leave a voicemail.

I'm absolutely astonished how pathetic this customer support is for what I'm assuming is a reputable website. I don't understand how there's an alleged issue with an expedited order and I get no communication by the company that something needs to be rectified. Instead I'm forced to inundate their customer support to get some indication on what I need to do to get my contacts?!

Update: Finally got through customer support and was informed I didn't select the exact variant of lenses I was prescribed, so suppose I'll assume some of the fault for not knowing that was a thing so I'll add a star. However, I'll never be using this site again based off that experience. Why should I pay extra money for expedited shipping to have some clerical issue stagnantly idled with this company?

I'll finalize if this was just communicated immediately I'd have just lost and a day and been fine. Instead, I had to waste way too much of my own time to find out what the problem was.
