"Unhappy Customer - Webeyecare never refunded money!"

Please be aware, I returned product due to unable to wear contracts per doctor. I never opened the box of item(s) I order and returned for refund. Customer has never refunded my money. The first order was very late and I though lost so stop payment, reordered, got order but needed to return due to doctors orders and they haven't refunded my money. Very disappointed in the whole ordering process with them as well as my refund. Go elsewhere!

"No order received and terrible customer service"

**editing after (finally) receiving my order. While I am happy that my order was EE-filled after the initial order never arrived, the customer service left much to be desired. I have been a long time customer of web eye care, and normally have no issues at all. And price is great. I will likely continue ordering from them, but hope I don’t have to call customer service again.**
I ordered on December 7th and still have not received my order. When I called customer service, I received the following response: “Ma’am, it’s coming. I can’t do anything about delayed mail”.
There have been no updates to my order since December 19. At this point, based on the order delays and terrible customer service I would reconsider buying from web eye care again.

ONE TRIVIAL COMPLAINT AND MAYBE IT IS A SECURITY PRECAUTION: CAN NEVER SUCCESSFULLY LOGIN WITH LAST ISSUED PASSWORD. DRIVES ME CRAZY!

"Ordered contacts for my husband at the…"

Ordered contacts for my husband at the beginning of December. They took 2 weeks before they were shipped out of their facility.

Once the contacts finally arrived they were the wrong prescription. Attempted multiple times to reach customer service via phone and no one answered. Left voicemails with no response from the company. Finally got a hold of a live person and they told me to send an email with pictures of the contact box....never responded. Sent another email to the help center and it’s been a week and no response. So now we have 6 boxes of contacts that can’t be used and can’t get ahold of anyone to get a refund.

My doctor recommended the daily contacts. I was hesitant, but I have loved them. It is so much easier to just take them out at night and get a new pair in the morning, especially when traveling. Ordering through webeyecare was easy and their prices were competitive.
