The product is good. However, I ordered the contacts to receive within 3-10 business days as I needed them for an important occasion on the 11th day. The order was only delivered about 19 business days after. I had to find a supplier last minute that could deliver it immediately and ended up with more contacts than needed.

This is excerpted from my PayPal dispute, of which I just received my full refund. These guys are crooks, liars, and sneaky as heck. Learn from my mistake of trusting them and run away...
I placed this order on 03 April, and they promised to ship within 24 hours. They charged me for the purchase immediately. I had not received shipment confirmation on 08 April, so I called them. I was told that part of my order was unavailable, so they were going to refund that part of the order. They promised that the rest would be shipped that day (08 April) with expedited shipping. On 09 April, I received an email saying that the contacts were on backorder. (They should not have processed my payment if the items were on backorder.) I called today, 12 April, and was told that they were not on back order, and they were shipping today, but they could not give me the expedited shipping. I was very upset, as I need these contacts asap--I am out of contact lenses. I ordered them from this company because they promised 24 hour turnaround and quick shipping. I told this person that I wanted a refund and to cancel the order. She said that she could not cancel the order as it was shipping today. They also said they had not processed the promised refund, but would do it today. I called back, asking for tracking information. I talked to a different person (Felix), who said that the contacts are not in stock, and had not been shipped (contradicting what I had just heard a few minutes earlier). He said that there were no notes on my account from the previous rep. This person confirmed that no refund had been initiated. This person reiterated that the contacts were backordered with no estimated time to replenish stock. I told the representative that I wanted to stop the order and get my money refunded (ALL of it). This representative promised to call me back with updated information by close of business today, 12 April. It is past close of business, and I received no call, and no email.
