Absolutely horrible customer service. I called 5 times to check the status of my contact lens order not to notified until the 5th day/call that the contacts were not in stock. All of the customer service representative were extremely cavalier and rude.

I put an order in for my daughter but when it went through I noticed that the prescription looked wrong. I immediately emailed to double check. I was told it was ordered for my daughter. I assumed that her name would be used to match with the prescription on file. I received contacts that are for me not my daughter. I tried to call but the lines were busy. I haven’t received a call back from your company yet.
