"Great place to get contacts"
Have used webeyecare multiple times throughout the years, and have always had a good experience. Customer service was great the one time I had an issue — issue was with my eyes as it turned out, not the contacts or the company, but they were very helpful. My only complaint is that on my most recent order, my Rx was not listed on the invoice as it has been in the past. So I had to hunt down my original Rx to figure out which contact belonged to which eye. Not a huge deal, but usually it’s on the invoice and that was helpful.

I inadvertently ordered the wrong contact power. I emailed their customer service and they responded quickly, sending me a return form. There was an option to exchange my unopened boxes. They sent me the replacements and kept me informed of the shipment until I received it, and I never had to guess or follow up on the status. - Well done!
