In the beginning, I did not receive my package because of a misdelivery. But later the company gave me a replacement, it was fast, finally I received my order.

In the end, I received my order. I found that communicating through email worked best to correct an issue with my order. I never got through to anyone on the phone. I tried their callback service and I did not receive a callback. I think things would have worked out fine if I had not needed to make a change to my order. Contacting WebEyeCare to make a change was hard.

She is kind, understanding, professional, keen on details, knowledgeable, patient (especially when I have trouble communicating precisely what I need or would like), proficient, sensitive to patient safety and confidentiality…basically, a wonderful person who happens to be a part of your illustrious company. I always look forward to placing orders with her simply because of her. It is a seamless and easy process.

There was also another a sweet individual I spoke with on 16 July 2021 at 11:11 A.M. who was able to explain a shortage in inventory on my item, an elucidation that enabled me to understand the situation much better, to enable me to re-frame my expectations, and to allow me now to place future orders with that in consideration (factored in now).

Difficulty getting order fulfilled but once spoke to customer service, very helpful & order received
