I've always had great experience with webeyecare however this recent order I was frustrated with the lack of upfront communication on when I would receive the product. After contacting customer service, and messaging the customer service manager they did everything they could to expedite the order and it arrived sooner than the initial delay date. I appreciate how they addressed the issue and worked hard to make it right.

I can't believe I bought my contacts for half off retail price. Amazing!! Got them delivered faster than expected. There was a slight delay in shipping out my order but that was because I selected the wrong power but they confirmed and fixed it right away. Just put them on now and they fit perfectly.

I was very disappointed that it took a month for my sons contacts to come in. I understand that they are a special order because of the RX and they are manufactured over seas. I just wish I would known this prior to checking out.

I chose this company for the pricing per box, of course. My first indication that it was going to be a problem was at checkout the price increased $100. "Processing fee". I continued with the order only because it still was about $6 less per box. For $6 less per box, I did not get the expedited shipping I paid for, the delivery was then sent to the wrong address, there is no customer service representative to speak to, 5 emails and 2 texts later our neighbor down the street was kind enough to deliver the package to us, however Not One Response from this company. Not even an auto response that our information has been received and someone will get back to us. I'll never use them again.
