Coupon code that they constantly send never works! And they always asks for prescription that I purchased from them each time I put in my order, they need better system keeping it on the each person’s profile instead going back and forth through email. Also if search for contact lenses I want on their website it always shows more expensive so I have to do it through google to buy it less expensive! Shady!

You shipped the wrong item. Seven of the eight boxes I received were the correct type of lenses (Acuvue Oasys for Astigmatism), but the eighth box was NOT (it was Acuvue Oasys for Presbyopia). I'm missing one box of the Astigmatism lenses for my left eye. I've already reported this to your customer service line. They promised to send the missing box and email me a return label to send back the wrong box. I haven't received either of those yet, but I trust they are in the works. Your customer service person was very nice and apologetic, but I can't believe the mistake was made in the first place. This is the first time I've ordered lenses from you, and I'm very disappointed.

WOW!! This place is LEGIT - Best experience ever :) Ordered my contacts on Monday (it was late afternoon when I provided my prescription). Now Wednesday at 4 PM, UPS man just dropped them off - amazing! Also, was the lowest price I could find on the web for DALLIES MULITFOCAL TOTAL 1s. Packaging and communications were completely professional as well. Very impressed.

Cheap prices but terrible customer service. This site is great if everything works out- I've bought from them a couple of times with no issues. However this last time, I was told my contacts were back ordered after I placed the order. Long story short, still haven't gotten my contacts a month after ordering and am waiting for refund.
