"Ordering was easy but execution was lacking"
The online ordering process was very easy. I liked that I only had to upload my prescription. What disappointed was the execution on your end. After about 5 days of waiting for the lenses to be shipped, I had to email to ask what was the hold up at your end since you had already charged my credit card and no one had contacted me for further information. To your credit you shipped them out that day, a week after I placed the order.

I received my order of contacts and was unsatisfied with the quality of the contacts. I was contacted by Mark to resolve my issue. Mark was great at communicating his sincere concern with this and my problem was resolved in less than a day. Customer service was fantastic! First time I have ordered from WebEyeCare. When I submitted my order I incorrectly typed my prescription. Customer service contacted me right away and cleared it up. After that there was a little hiccup with shipping but who hasn't had a package lost while in transit? I called customer service and they once again helped me out and took care of my issue. You couldn't ask for better customer service.

"Better late than never"
Two orders placed on 8/25/21 to be shipped to separate addresses. Both were reorders and I confirmed through online chat that the prescriptions were on file and valid. For one order, I paid shipping to have it delivered in 3-7 days. It wasn't. In fact, on 9/1, I learned it was in a city more than 300 miles off the direct path to my address and it was also delayed because they sent a fax to the doctor's office to verify the prescription, which was unnecessary since I had already verified the prescription was on file. When I called about it, they offered to refund my shipping costs. For the other order, I called 6 days after the order was placed because I had not received any notifications that it was on its way to be delivered. The representative said that there was a problem with stock availability, which he said was noted on their website, but it wasn't stated on the reorder page, which is what I worked off of. The first order was delivered on 9/4. The other on 9/8.

"WebEyeCare was really easy to order"
WebEyeCare was really easy to order. They shipped and got here pretty fast. The only complaint I had was when I was trying to upload my prescription, it wouldn't work so I had to email it to them. But emailing them was pretty painless and I'll called and got through right away and they confirmed they had recieved my email. This web site was the cheapest to order my contacts and I will order from them again!
