Update:
Bumping up a star because Mark was able to come through and ~magically~ get my order shipped next day (via ABB Optical) after I posted reviews to Google and TrustPilot. Received them today, UPS next day ground. That being said, still unhappy with how everything went - wish it didn't take this amount of effort and back and forth. Inventory should be listed on the website as in/out of stock as it is on most e-commerce websites. The fact that there's no inventory stock shown makes me wonder if I'm being dropshipped and just given excuses to pass the time until they acquire the inventory which seems deceptive as a consumer. With an order of almost $500, I expect to at least be kept in the loop about my order and not given an excuse or another tentative date. Either way not my business not my problem. Mark also told me via phone there would be a $10 refund for the trouble aside from the upgraded shipping which I have yet to see... but at least I don't have to threaten a chargeback anymore? :) (and now I have lenses for the next year!) In all seriousness though, thank you Mark @ WebEyeCare for taking care of the order and getting things back on track. Appreciate you!

AWFUL company to deal with. Bait and switch the prices, then they tell you the stock isn't in stock days after you order, then they make you wait for two weeks and when you contact them asking "where's the lenses?" Just for them to tell you to wait another another week for WEBEYECARE to receive them, then ANOTHER 7-10 days to process. Take your business elsewhere or spend the extra few bucks on a reputable seller. BUYER BEWARE.

I was extremely pleased with your prices and I received my order approximately two weeks after I placed it, which was okay. However, I had to contact customer service five times in order to find out the status of my order. I used email, live chat, and 3 phone calls before I got an answer. Otherwise, everything was great.
