I made my order 2 weeks ago and thought it was already shipped and Oksana (someone fro. Webeyecare) said it has put on hold since the prescription is international bla bla. And when reply that i wanna cancel my order they never responds back.

The shipping of my order was botched. I reached out customer support team over three times to get correct information about my shipping status. The link provided showed "staled" information about the shipping status, so it seemed like the tracking number was not good. Although the support team was professional, I never got any updates after each escalation - so I had to continue to escalate. Eventually the contact lenses were delivered.

"Easy ordering"

I ordered my contacts on WebEyeCare and was very pleased at the ease of ordering and the lower cost of getting contacts through the mail. My eye doctor has very limited hours and I am frequently unable to get there, due to work, to pick up my contacts. The convenience of having them mailed to me is the best part of ordering through WebEyeCare. The delivery was not too long in arriving, so I had my contacts within less than 2 weeks.

Be very carefull with this company. They advertise one price and try to charge you much more. In my case $62 advertised and when I tried to order same it was $83 ! What a scam.

They now advise they will beat anybody price but that is in fact not what is happening. They advertise one price and when you try to check out/reorder they add another $20 !! What a sad way of trying to overcharge potential repeat customers.
