Their customer service is sub-zero. They will never answer the phone, nor will they ever call you back even if you ask. They are no cheaper than other providers.

Everything was so easy, and my order was processed smoothly. During COVID-19 there are so many delays and so much waiting time. Not so, here! I just selected my contacts, submitted my order and my order arrived earlier than expected. Everything I needed was in stock and ready to ship, no delays at all! This was my second time ordering and I'll definitely be back! Oh, and I have a very strong contact lens prescription (-9 in each eye) so to find that they had not only that strength but also I need contacts for Presbyopia and they were readily available, is so refreshing! Even my eye doctor's office was scrambling trying to find what I needed on their shelves! Highly recommend!

What a great price, My eye doctor was going to charge double of what I could have paid at Costco. Then after researching I found Web Eye Care and they were even cheaper. Arrived in a timely manner. Sharing this joy with all my friends. You shouldn't have to pay an arm and leg just to be able to see.

I ordered contacts from them on 8/12. The ordered stated processed on 8/14. I contacted them on 8/17 to checkup on when it will be shipped, the rep stated that they were waiting on the tracking number. I contacted on 8/18 to see when the processing time for getting a tracking number and when to expect my contact order as it's been almost a week. The rep stated she would inquire and send an email the same day. No email received. I contacted them again on 8/18 to inquire about what happened - the rep said the department was allegedly closed and all he can do is another request. I told him that is what happened earlier and no follow-up so I told him to do another request and state that I will be disputing the charge with my credit card company since no product has been shipped and customer service is not reliable in saying when. I also told them I want a refund but don't believe a refund will happen just like I don't believe ya'll will ship my contacts. It does not take over a week to ship contacts especially when the prescription was provided with the order.
I highly recommend to stay away from this company unless you have patience to wait for contacts which can obviously take longer than a week. The customer service is nice but their ability to follow-up or follow through as promised is poor.
