First time ordering from this website & the process was fast and easy, not to mention my contacts were way cheaper per box then where I usually order them from.

The process was very easy. I've order from WebEyeCare on many occasions. I had to renew Luke's script and WebEyeCare verified the script with the Doctor so that I didn't need to take action.

"Good aside from price manipulation"

Service and delivery time with this company is very good. The downside is it once you order and go to reorder the price that is shown in your account is far higher than you originally paid. A quick Google search for my contact lens brand will show webeyecare and a much lower price. If you click that it takes you back into your account and lowers the price. So, instead of just giving you a decent reorder price you have to act like a new customer again which I feel is fairly dishonest it worst or annoying best. This has been the case 3 times. Kind of a bait and gouge philosophy to business.

"Customer Service dealing with returning lenses"

I ordered 4 boxes of lenses for mono vision correction. I don't remember that I ordered the wrong lenses for the close up vision, but I received 4 boxes of lenses for distance vision and none for close up vision. I didn't realize this until I used the first lenses from two of the boxes. When I called customer service they did not seem very sympathetic to my problem. They did tell me I could return the one unopened box for exchange which I plan to do. That leaves me with 5 unusable lenses.
