I find it interesting that you can find multiple prices for the same item on their site, depending on how you access it. While I thought I had found a deal, to my surprise all they did was lower the price of the item to make it look like a deal, but his the difference in price in their "processing fee". Don't be fooled by this.

After years with 1-800-CONTACTS, paying what they charged and feeling confident they were trustworthy, I called to order my contact lens and they said it would be 6-8 weeks until they could get them. I decided to look around and do a price comparison with other providers. I was shocked! WebEyeCare charged $54 LESS per box! And they were able to deliver them to my door within 7 days. They are now my go-to contact lens provider. Thank you WebEyeCare for your excellent pricing and outstanding service!

"They charged me for contacts then canceled my order..."

Horrible customer service. I place an order and included a copy of my prescription, I received a confirmation email 2 days later stating my prescription had been verified and my contacts would ship soon and I would receive a tracking number. Eight days later I hadn't heard anything in regards to my order so I emailed them to ask the status of my shipment, they informed my there was a discrepancy in my order so it was canceled. They never contacted me about the issue, nor did they refund my money when they canceled the order. I immediately asked for a refund which they did not do, I had to contact them again thru live chat at which time they verified that no refund was in process. Now I'm 11 days out from ordering and I have to start over with another company, Bridget is incompetent to say the least.

I bought the same contacts I always get for half the price of any place else I've bought them. Also, they gave me free shipping, and arrived pretty quick too.

So I've ordered from WebEyeCare before without issue, but this time I noticed the package was tracking to a destination several thousand miles from me. Turns out, they were shipping the package to themselves. I spent a good amount of time calling/emailing to try to get it corrected, and rather than apologize or acknowledge the error, the response was basically, we've found it, it's now on route to you. I know it was an error because the packing slip didn't have my name, it was shipping to and from WebEyeCare (same return and ship to address). I specifically emailed back to ask what had happened and the customer service representative wouldn't comment. So I just felt like as a customer the service aspect was lacking, especially if I'm going to pay a processing fee and a shipping fee and you get it wrong, one of those should be refunded when you don't ship the order to me and I have to be the one to catch the error. "Quick, easy and painless first time ordering experience..."

This is our first time ordering from WebEyeCare. It turned out to be one of the easiest online disposable contact orders I've ever placed. The prices are very competitive to other online contacts retailers and first time prescription verifications are quick and seamless. The only thing I believe can be improved is perhaps an email to notify customers when their prescription has been approved for their order to be shipped.

But a fantastic buying experience. Will definitely be coming back with more family orders and refills.

This is a review of the secret fees that are charged $10 per box of contacts. It's not shown in the price and I had to grill the salesman to find out exactly how it works.
