Placed my first order late Friday afternoon. Received my order on Tuesday. I was pleasantly surprised to receive my order so quickly.

Submitting my order on the company website was an easy and straightforward process. My items arrived within the time frame indicated on the website. And, I have had no issues with the items I have ordered.

"Inaccurate fees"

I went to check out after seeing a good deal on contacts that included free shipping. First a five dollar processing fee was added, I don't love surprise fees but was willing to pay the extra five dollars for a good deal on contacts. I want to check out with PayPal and received the total price but when I went to fill in my prescribing dr info afterwards there was $13 for the cheapest shipping option also added. That means for two boxes of contacts they would charge me a total of $18 for processing and shipping after advertising free shipping. When I try to contact them they kept me on hold for 15 minutes and then said a $200 order was needed for free shipping. I went back to their site to see if I could find where it said this and still did not see that indicated anywhere nor was it indicated on my PayPal check out. I canceled my order but it seemed quite false advertising and a big waste of time

"Shipping is TAKING FOREVER"

Do not order from this company. I had to call them twice just to find out if my contacts shipped. I ordered them awhile ago and have yet to receive them. HORRIBLE.
