"Worst customer service I've seen around!"

After 6 months of liaising with the customer service team, I still have yet to obtain a refund from Coco Fashion after being told that my refund was ready to be processed. They asked me for all my bank details, Paypal account etc which I have all provided, with the only respond being that the refund could not be processed due to "some" issues. Haven't seen such bad customer service. Please do not bother purchasing from them. After all low quality products & customer service is what Coco Fashion's business model seems to be.

I've ordered a few items from Coco-Fashion. I was very impressed with the coat I bought. Nothing was spared in either fashion, fit, fabric or detailed sewing techniques. It was excellent quality and striking design.

My recent purchase was an embellished tee-shirt top. The fabric is soft, and it's nicely made and fits my U.S. figure (no tightness anywhere despite double-checking sizing.) Free shipping was the deal sealer since the cost of shipping usually forces me to abandon my cart.

"Customer servise keeps ignoring me"

I am a fasion blogger and I wrote a blog post about the company as I was supposed to do.. They told me that I could get a 12$ voucher but since then I have never heard from them... I have emailed them 5 times almost but they keep ignoring my emails!! I don't what's going on but this is not so proffesional!!

"Worst sh*t ever"

I ordered a pair of shoes the 3th of May. The 6th of May, the shoes were marked as shipped. I paid 35$ for express shipping with DHL (4-6 days) and the seller promised me that the shoes would arrive before the 14th of May. After 6 days, I contacted DHL's customer service, who said the package had not been sent at all. I contacted the seller and asked for my money back, since the responsibilty lies with her/him - I haven't received an answer...
I just want to warn everybodyelse, who considers ordering from this website... You will be screwed over.......

What could I say? I was so happy to received my parcel and I fit it and I really love the fabric. My fiancee was so happy to see me happy wearing the dress I bought. It's the white chick lace.. At first, I was hesitant to place order @ coco-fashion because of some bad reviews I've read on. But I really like their dresses and pumps, they look so gorgeous on screen, so to cut the story short, I've place my order. I order one item for trial that if it goes wrong...I won't be that much disappointed. I was aware that the delivery takes almost a month, so at most a month to have it...because I choose the cheapest shipping option. And when I got the item, it's really the same replica on the screen that makes me so happy and very satisfied...To add on, fitting and small details were on exact measurement. Up to now, I still place orders @ coco-fashion and highly recommend it to my cousins and friends. "Ordered only one item and it did NOT fit the picture"

I saw this really pretty white princess looking off-the-shoulder dress and ordered it. First of all, they told me it would not ship for another two weeks because they were on Lunar New Year vacation, which I understand because I personally celebrate it too, but the fact that their break was for SO LONG I did not understand. Aside from that, once it arrived, I was really excited. I felt that the fabric was nice and soft and pretty good quality. HOWEVER, once I put it on, I was instantly disappointed: the dress was just...wrong. For one thing, I specifically bought this dress because it was made of a stretchy material for the bust part so it could have more wiggle room for sizing. But the sleeves were placed in the most awkward spot so that even though it was off the shoulder, if I lifted my arms, the whole dress shifted up. Not only that, but the bust part was supposed to go down to right above my waist and it DID NOT. Now, I am Asian. I am not particularly chubby or wide or anything, so the dress looked perfectly fine if I simply took my arms out from the sleeves and wore it as a strapless dress. In fact it was really cute. But that was not what I wanted and I'm disappointed with how the dress actually turned out. I am more wary of ordering from here now since the ONE item I ordered didn't turn out how it should have. I'm going to go to a tailor to see if they can remove the sleeves for me, which is a shame because those were really pretty too...but yet again I CAN'T DO ANYTHING ABOUT IT AND I AM SO MAD. Anyways, that's what my experience was. I guess it varies from person to person.
