"Poor customer service…"

The mats are of ok quality and arrived on time. I'd of given a better review if it wasn't for the rear car mats having the wrong size carpet holes to clip down. I made carmats4u aware of this and they told me they'd send me the correct clips in the post. So I've had to remove the old clips which I can imagine will be hard to do for some without any tools, ive then had to cut the mats to make the holes larger for the correct clips, which is not an easy task if youve not got a sharp blade, and make sure to keep the centres the same otherwise they won't fit the car. So I've had to spend time and effort to fix there mistake; I wasn't given any other option. This is my opinion is poor customer service in order for carmats4u to save money by not sending replacements.

Thank you Carmats4U for the top quality boot protector / liner for my Jeep Compass. My last boot mat lasted over six years across two cars. Unfortunately it has had it's day as it gets heavy use with toolboxes in and out of the car many times a day. The mat stood the test of time and protected the boot carpet leaving it looking like new.
