"Not exactly as planned"

I ordered a luxury diamond rubber mat set to my KIA niro, next day i got an email that the rubber is out of stock and should be back in 4-5 weeks. I don't really understand why they are selling it online instead of listing out of stock but it is fine, they offered me some other options including penny rubber mat which i do not like at all, so then we discussed and agreed about to change my order to checker rubber. My parcel was delivered today and for some reason they decided to make my mats out of Penny rubber. The quality itself is good but it simply not what i wanted.
It is not the end of the world of course, these thing are just some car mats but unfortunately i cannot recommend this company and next time i will choose someone else.

"Not that great!!"

I chose the luxury enhanced mats and was expecting premium quality but I have found them flimsy and just average with a cheap feel to them. Certainly not the luxury I was hoping for, I did not even bother trying them in the car and sent them back straight away. A bit misleading based on their advertising there are better out there.
The customer service was ok and refund was quick thus
