"Excellent car mats."

I ordered some car mats for my Kia Nero 4 Hybrid car, i must say I don’t regret buying these mats, they are excellent quality at a reasonable price, and fit perfectly, I would highly recommend buying from this company.

Overall disappointed with product.
Ordered the premium rubber diamond very small pattern and paid the top price.
After a few days company contacted me to inform me they didn’t have the premium diamond pattern in stock and offered an alternative pattern (the penny design).
I opted for this because the email stated this was exactly the same premium as the diamond u had ordered
However on checking I noticed the penny was less money on their website but this reduced price was not offered alongside the email suggesting this alternative
I had to chase for the refund
The on arrival I am disappointed because the penny pattern is so large. The reason I initially purchased the diamond for its very small pattern which makes it look more stylish and premium. The penny is not that at all. Whilst the workmanship is good and the overall quality is good the final product is not what I expected
I would suggest updating the website to show out of stock for rubber you do not have

Easy ordering system. I ordered a set of carmats and a boot liner, order arrived by courier in about 5 days. Exactly what I ordered and is a perfect fit for my car. Would use Carmats4U again and would recommend to anyone. Very happy"

"Very slow"

Ordered nearly 2 weeks ago, hasn't been delivered, telephone number doesn't work,emailed but no response and not had any other communication.
Email from evri is saying they haven't received the item yet

Update, had contact from support email advising my order is running behind due to higher than normal demand. So why not advise all customers in that they are out of SLA that this is happening. More likely the order is stuck or production has misplaced it. Why not advise theres been an issue, we'll fast track it and get it shipped as a next day delivery. Bit of a cop out

Update 2. Finally got an agent that was willing to help, got my item put on a rush and next day delivery. Fitted the mats and size was spot on, mats were a bit thin so wish id went with the luxury, chose anthracite but seems to be a lot of lighter grey than expected
