Ordered 5 roses but only received 4. Emailed David Austin about error, they said sorry, can't send you the rose until we received pictures of 4 you received. Went on chat, they refused. When call center finally opened after 12 noon cst had to escalate to supervisor before finally getting Diamond to agree to send rose. I asked her repeatedly why pictures, she said it was training the shipping team. I asked wouldn't the packing slip be better since it would deal directly with the person responsible. She said no, she needed pictures. What a joke.

Bought 2 roses in September with a mid-March shipping date. I received an email in mid-March that they 'may' ship in 2 weeks. The issue indicated in the email was that it was due to adverse weather conditions. That makes no sense. They are bare root roses and this is the perfect weather to ship. I did call but no greater clarification was received. Beware of this company.

I love their roses because of the quality and a 5 year warranties. It allows me to feel secure knowing I am not wasting money or time. They are gorgeous and grow beautifully here in Tennessee - zone 7. Thank you David Austin!
